The cost for delivery to Europe is calculated based on the destination. Please allow 2-5 working days from dispatch, however, this is not guaranteed.

What's included in packages?

We do not send any paperwork such as;  invoice or delivery notes within packages. Shipping label will contain your Company details and our return address.

Can an item be delivered outside the UK?

Yes, we deliver to most European Countries including Ireland.

I made a mistake within personalisation text

As soon as you notice you have made a mistake on the personalisation, check order status and amend (you can only amend personalisation details). If you are not able to amend, it means your order is processing and we are unable to change any personalisation details.

Delivery is taking longer than expected

We recommend your customer contacts their local sorting office to see if they are holding a parcel for them (this is uncommon).  Please note that we have to allow Royal Mail 10 working days to deliver. If the item hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please let us know and we will process a replacement. If you wish to contact us for an existing order, please login to your account and create a ticket by assigning to the order in question

Item arrived damaged

Please login to your account and create a ticket by assigning to the order in question and attached photo(s) of the item, clearly showing the damage incurred.

How can I return an item?
